About Us

We are a Folkestone based, family run, independent electrical and lighting wholesaler, supplying lamps (light bulbs), light fittings and electrical wiring accessories to homes, trade and businesses across the UK.

Since 2014, we have taken pride in providing specialist knowledge and expertise to our customers both online and in our lighting showroom.

Postage

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours if you order before 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays).

All parcels are sent Royal Mail 48hr Tracked, Large Letters Royal Mail 48 and those that can be posted as a letter will be sent 2nd class, other postage options are available at checkout including the option to upgrade to 24hr. 

Some parcels will be sent via courier depending on size. All tracking details will be provided for your order.


As a small business, we contribute in every way we can to protect the environment and reduce our carbon footprint by reusing the boxes and packaging that we receive and shredding all the paper we use for packaging. If your item arrives in a box for an item that you didn’t order, don’t be alarmed! Please open your item and check before contacting us. 

Returns Policy

We are happy to arrange a return for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your item if your item is faulty, damaged, defective, or there has been an error on our part.

You will need to arrange your own return if your item is not faulty, damaged, or defective, you have had a change of mind, ordered the wrong item or there is a cosmetic issue that is not damage or defect related. Please note, a reduction for the postage will be incurred.

The Curved Edge range has been expanded to include a range of wiring accessories that comply with current Building Regulations Part M.


It is recommended that switches contrast with the front plate which in turn contrast with the wall. This range satisfies both recommendations. With a Light Reflectance Value (LRV) of approx. 8.9 (Part M recommends a contrast of 30% LRF between front plate and wall)
