Returns Policy

We are happy to arrange a return for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your item if your item is faulty, damaged, defective, or there has been an error on our part.

You will need to arrange your own return if your item is not faulty, damaged, or defective, you have had a change of mind, ordered the wrong item or there is a cosmetic issue that is not damage or defect related. Please note, a reduction for the postage will be incurred.

If you have any issues with your item(s), please contact us first before leaving feedback, we are willing to help resolve any issues that you may have.

Please note that this kit comes ready to assemble and will not be pre-wired.

A complete rewire kit – FABRIC FLEX

• 1 x BC Lamp holder of your choice 
• 1 x Threaded Rod (Brass/Nickel) 
• 1 x Brass/Nickel Reducer 
• 2 x Soft Fibre Washers
• 1 x Steel retainer Washer
• 1 x Toothed Washer
• 1 x Brass/Nickel Lock Nut
• 1 x 3A Fused Black/White Plug (requires fitting)
• 1 x Length of 2.5m flex (ends will be taped to stop fraying)
• 1 x 6A inline switch

Brass options would normally be supplied to the Old English/Antique Brass/Bronze and Brass lampholders – if you would rather have Nickel please leave us a note. Nickel will be supplied to Chrome.
