We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours if you order before 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays).
All our items are sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Delivery unless otherwise specified, some larger items will be sent via UPS, Evri or Yodel.

We are happy to arrange a return for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your item if your item is faulty, damaged, defective, or there has been an error on our part.
